ISM begins a job by listening to you tell us the specific details. Next, we review the prints or designs you’ve created and we provide time and cost estimates. ISM prefers to receive the job estimates, details and prints electronically to reduce cycle time required to manufacture parts.
There are four Business Principles dating back to Jim Rutkowski Sr., which we adhere to:
- Treat your customers with the utmost respect, and recognize their value to the company everyday.
- Constantly strive to diversify your customer portfolio. Never let a single customer constitute more than 20% of your revenue stream.
- Reinvest on a consistent basis in your plant, property and equipment, so that you can bring the most cost effective and efficient service portfolio to your customers.
- Invest in your employees. Build a creative work environment which encourages skills enhancement, training, and learning for life.
