Our Nshijimax Cold saw is capable of sawing to + .002 with a 30 to 60 finish, virtually eliminating additional machining time for the majority of customer specifications.

Designed for faster penetration into a variety of metals, in diverse shapes, sizes and hardness. High horsepower in combination with a thin kerf blade, higher RPM and greater chip load enable cutting of a 3.5” solid 1045 material in 14 seconds part to part.
